Our Product

The TruCare product that was released in the second quarter of 2010 is a top down/bottom up completely new generation care management system development effort. In characterizing our TruCare product development process as both “top down and bottom up” Casenet looked at both detailed functional requirements and analyzed the strategic and tactical objectives of care management initiatives as they are today and how those CM initiatives will evolve over the next ten years.

The result is a product system that has profound customer configurability capabilities where the configuration power can be applied to structure unlimited targeted population CM programs. It is within this “functional architecture” framework that we then built all of the detail function and features. We call this capability Differential Care^TM. and that is the foundation of our application which in turn makes the configurability of TruCare pervasive in all functional aspects of the product. It unleashes the power of automation to address the idiosyncratic nature of healthcare and managing disparate populations, both from a plan rules- and member-centric- perspective.
